The Essential Wedding Collection

I like the arrangments - it's nice to be able to introduce students to classic that is familiar.

This book contained different types of wedding music; such as, romantic, meditative, classical, etc. The arrangements were really good. You would only need this book for one wedding.

An excellent book, full of useful pieces to play at a wedding, and well worth the money.

I was very pleased with the selections in this wedding collection. There were several classical pieces that are not usually included in the typical wedding book. I found them to be very useful, some a little challenging, but have already used many of these arrangements for a recent wedding reception...

I bought this book because it had all 3 of the "classics" in one location -- Canon In D (Pachelbelle's Canon), Bridal March, and that piece from "The Marriage of Figaro" that is often used as a recessional piece. There are lot of other pieces in this book that I...

guess would be used for prelude music and such. I don't know, I didn't even look at them because I already had a set of prelude music picked out. My one complaint is the arrangement of Canon In D. Everyone has their own spin on how to adapt this piece for a single piano player, and this is not one of the better ones I've seen. Canon In D is repetitive enough, but something about this arrangement makes it even more so. I ended up taking "suggestions" from the printed music and did some arranging myself. That issue aside, this book seems to be a pretty good collection.
