Published by Juan Maria Solare (A0.612645).Once Upon a Dream - a legendary song from the Disney film 'Sleeping Beauty' in an instrumental piano version by Juan María Solare. The original melody was composed by the classical composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and adapted for the film a century later. The present version, in a way, restores the music to the purely instrumental character of Tchaikovsky's original: a melodic waltz for piano. This tune was extraordinary popular in the pianist's childhood. Later in life he returns to this music and produces a version of this melody from a mature perspective.
