The work that I upload is written by Johannes Brahms who died before 1946 (died exactly on April 3 1897), this make his music compositions public domain and in classical music recordings the interpreter (the performer) receives the performing, publishing and mechanical rights of the piece. In classical music we deal with different interpretations from performer to performer, because this music isn't just a simple melodic tune but a complex music art works and the interpretation from pianist to pianist for example are complete different and never can be the same.
