emma and persuasion - very good
Even though I have rated the difficulty level at intermediate, the pieces vary from quite simple to challenging. The pieces from Emma are absolutely lovely - thank you Rachel Portman! - and the pieces from Persuasion are very beautiful too. I was a little disappointed with the pieces from Sense and Sensibility as I thought they were a little too short, but they were still well arranged anyway. I also thought Italian Aria from Persuasion was too short, but was still lovely. Nice to play. I recommend it.

Absolutley Beautiful!
I would recomend this book to anyone who plays intermediate piano. It is very beautiful music and i made my grandma cry when she heard me play these songs. people ask me to play specific songs just because they sound so pretty and they have feeling and class. definetly one of my favorite piano books. p.s. Frank Churchill Arives is probablly my favorite :)

A wonderful collection of pieces from the Jane Austen time period. My favorite is the last piece, Italian Aria. Lovely collection.

Living in Austen's World
This sheet music book is a must for all Austen movie lovers. The songs are intermediate and are at a piano AMEB level 2+. Some are more difficult than others. Place yourself amongst the romance and ambience of the Austen era by enjoying these pieces live. Who knows? Mr Darcy or Mr Knightly may walk in the room!
