As usual, Henle does it all the time. This edition contains many, if not all, the original indications given by Debussy in his manuscript (treasured in the National Library of France) that are notably (and inexplicably) absent in Durand's edition. I am glad I checked the article written in...

the American Harp Society site: it was quite illuminating!
