Written at 2am when John woke up with an idea to turn his wife's name into a melody, replacing the "R" with an "A" because they appeared to be the same letter on a digital pager. He tried to capture the joy and grace that she brought into his life. The composition was recorded and included on John's debut solo piano album, The Golden Road, released in 1999. The piece starts off with a pensive mood that soon gets carried away in romantic inspiration. It's perfect piano music you can play for a romantic evening.
