Composed by Danilo Wimmer. Jazz. Score. 3 pages. Danilo Wimmer #1000420. Published by Danilo Wimmer (A0.1418971).

Steps for Two is a composition for jazz piano beginners that invites the player to interpret the piece from his or her own perspective. The tempo is deliberately kept a little slower in order to offer a broader scope for expression and interpretation. It has been set at around 60 bpm, but can be adjusted according to preference.

The piece is not only suitable for solo performances, but can also be played in a classical jazz trio with drums and double bass. It provides an ideal opportunity for beginners to develop their playing while adding their own creative nuances.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
