I'm loving this MMO.
Using an iPad Pro and ForScore!, it was easy to attach each audio file to the corresponding movement of the Mozart concerto, so now except when I am going over and over a short passage in practice, I can practice with an orchestral accompaniment, slowed down to my speed without a drop in pitch. This is great discipline as I slowly add speed to this piece. I'm in the process of figuring out connecting the MMO audio to my Apple TV and with that to the speakers in my house (or bluetooth speakers using the iPad without the Apple TV). This is far, far less expensive than hiring an accompanist and provides much better opportunity to memorize the accompaniment as I am learning the solo part of this concerto -- all with NO arguing about tempo, dynamics, interpretation, etc. I'm my own conductor and soloist. The only real drawback is that one is bound to the relative tempos in the recording. This isn't too much of a problem for baroque or classical works, but is a limitation that would affect performance with a romantic or jazz work. But, for practicing, this is the best!

playing along
The score is fine, but I was disappointed that the orchestral part did not come on a CD. As yet I have been unable to enjoy the play-along experience till I can download the orchestral part.

Excellent
The sheet music includes both piano solo and orchestra reduction printed parallel to each other. According to the book it uses the 1886 Bischoff edition as its source with cadenzas from Danish composer August Winding. The Lipatti cadenza for the 3rd movement is also included in an appendix at the end of the book. Each CD has both the demo and backing songs split into 21 and 30 tracks respectively. The CDs are setup with no audio pause between tracks, so you get continued playback from one track after another. How well this works depends entirely on your hardware. The music recording sounds great. Learning this piece has been an enjoyable challenge. Would have liked the solo part without the reduction so to have less pages to turn, but it's not a big deal. Great product overall.

Piano Concerto No 21 in C
Playing the piano with the accompanying CD is like playing the concerto with an orchestra in the comfort of my own home. The slower speed ia good for practice. Listening to the recording with the soloist and orchestra also helps with memorizing through listening. The set is an excellent learning and teaching tool. I like the Music Minus One CD editions.
