Piano Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1337585

By ABBA. By Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus. Arranged by Louis Drummond. Pop,Rock. Score. 4 pages. Louis Drummond Van Rensburg #923365. Published by Louis Drummond Van Rensburg (A0.1337585).

Written in Barbados in January 1980, Happy New Year was probably the closest ABBA came to a Christmas record. In 1999 it was released as a single reaching Top 20 in some countries.
In my solo piano arrangement on an easy intermediate level, the L.H. provides a bass line, some arppegio figures and rhythmic chord patterns. The R.H. plays the melody in either unison, or two and three part harmony. A good choise for the festive season.
