The singer and songwriter Jake Lawson (also known as ‘Jvke’) performs the song. Among his other hits like "Upside Down", "Dandelion" and "this is what falling in love feels like", "Golden Hour" has become one of the most played song on TikTok and other social medias. This piano cover is also quite suitable for weddings. Fingering marks and chord symbols are available throughout the arrangement.
The arrangement features the main intro in sixteenth notes played in the right-hand. The arpeggios on the left hand in the original was simplified by dotted quarter notes (bars 1-8). The verse features the main melody in the right hand with the accompaniment in the left hand (bars 9-16). On the second verse, the melody has notes that fill the harmony on the second layer (bars 17-24).
In the chorus, the same idea as in the second verse is used here. The melody is filled with more notes forming seventh chords a few times (bars 25-40). Then, the same structure from the first verse returns on page 3 and 4 (bars 41-73). At the end, the chorus appears again in a calm and smooth atmosphere with dotted half notes on the left hand (bars 74-90).
