Grieg complete lyric pieces for piano
This volume of Griers lyric pieces is highly recommended. The paper is good quality, the notes are clearly spaced for easy reading, and the pages lay flat.

Granados x Grieg
Well, I really ordered this book, Complete Lyric Pieces For Piano, by Edwvard Grieg. But I received, instead, The Goyescas Spanish Dances and other works for solo piano, by Enrique Granados! (At least, I like Granados, too!)

what a joy!
Here's a remarkable, easy-to-use volume with ALL of Grieg's Lyric Pieces! No more hunting for single volumes of Opus 12, Opus 54... Thank you, Dover Publications! What a treat for me and my advancing piano students. Grieg can sound like Chopin or Schumann one moment, Gershwin the next! exclaims one of those students... I think that sums up the singular harmonic beauty of Grieg's music. Enjoy learning these pieces!

romanticism at it's best
I really like Liszt, unfortunately, as a lot of pianists know, his music is for gifted virtousos mostly. Grieg's lyric pieces are easier to play, and follow the same romantic style as Liszt's pieces. A person can add so much musicality to these pieces to make them very beatiful and full of emotion. I really like that about these pieces.
