Reinforcement for beginner principals of Theory
I am a self taught 2nd year piano student but now have begun training by a professional. This book is excellent for reinforcing basic theory instruction as a first year piano student. It clears up misconceptions, builds on basic theory and reinforces note instruction, scales, vocabulary, chords and their progression. It is an excellent tool for proceeding into intermediate theory. I have purchased the Theory Games Software to also test myself on Theory. I recommend the level one Theory Games for computer testing and reinforcment but if you are not into computer games--then this book is truly an excellent tool to reinforce all beginning and early intermediate instruction. I Love This Book!
