To request formal copies of your receipts and invoices, please email your request to: receivables@sheetmusicplus.com

Please provide:

• The order or invoice number
• The email address associated with the account that was used to place the order
• The monetary amount of the transaction (if you know what the amount was)
• The date of the transaction (if you know what the date was)
