This is a beautiful piece that was very well received by my students. The ending made them feel 'important' because it sounded grand. I would definitely recommend this piece, especially to female students.

This is a beautiful piece at the later elementary level. The first page R.H. starts with thumb on D position. The second page has many position changes that can be taught by rote because it is a sequential pattern. It also has eighth notes making the rhythm a little...

more tricky at this level. It is a great piece for learning phrasing and beginning pedalling. It is an audience-pleasing recital piece.
