Easy Piano - Level 1 - Digital Download
I make piano solo arrangements for my students of songs that they love! My goal is to create something that sounds beautiful as a standalone piece of music, but most importantly, that it actually makes pianistic sense. Sometimes I even hide exercises in the arrangements that I want a student to work on. All of my arrangements are usually made for a specific student, so the results will always vary.
This arrangement was made for a late beginner working on Level 1-2 of the Alfred's Masterwork Classics series. He had also recently finished Level 1B of the Alfred's Premier Course. There are moments when the student can take repeated notes with different fingers, which is a great technical element to practice. He had to work very hard to get this piece, but the fact that it was Zelda was all the motivation he needed. Careful with the triplet quarters. I had originally done them as quarter/eighth/eighth but he was so familiar with the music that he nailed the triplet quarters by ear. So I have gone back and changed them as I predict most students who request this will do the same. This was a fun piece for him to learn.
