The glissandos should be played with the same rhythm every time. Hold on the first note for approximately a half beat before sliding down.
Practice these often to make sure that you always end on the right note! I suggest using both the 2nd and 3rd fingers of your right hand, with your fingernails pointed to the left and angled at about 45o relative to the keyboard. However, you can use any fingering that allows you to play them accurately!
Measures 19-24 feature multiple two-note slurs in the right hand. In each case, slightly stress the first note. You may want to practice with a metronome, as the piece requires you to accentuate many weak beats. The dynamics in this piece are one of the things that make it sound mischievous – like a monkey! Try to make big contrasts between forte and piano to highlight the contrasts in the music.
