You must be comfortable with octaves to play this piece. Measures 19-33 have some difficult voicings in the right hand. For those with seconds on the bottom, consider playing the lower two notes with your thumb – this way, you won't have to reach as far with your second finger. For other troublesome octaves, it is okay to omit any note except for the top: this is what you should be voicing!
In measures 8-9, note the odd placement of the piano marking. The eighth notes are a separate idea from the main theme, so your color and tone should switch as soon as you hit the first D. (You can't switch on the downbeat because the E is still a part of the first melody line.)
Be careful to pace your crescendos and decrescendos. They are long, but playing them correctly will make it much more interesting to listen to.
The climax is between measures 27 and 31. The downbeats in the right hand are not a part of the melody, so while they should be loud, the notes with accents need to be even louder. Change the pedal with each left hand octave.
