Este tango fué compuesto a finales del año 1915 y estrenado a principios de1916 en Montevideo (Uruguay) como marcha musical para la comparsa de la Federación de Estudiantes del Uruguay, destinada para amenizar los carnavales de dicha ciudad y dicho año. Estrenada por la Orquesta de Típica de Tango del Maestro Roberto Firpo, quién le agregó una parte complementaria de su propia inspiración. Es una pieza que lleva más de 34 años de Dominio Público Universalmente.

Based on the famous version performed by the Orquesta Típica Argentina of the Argentine maestro Juan D´arienzo. This tango was composed at the end of 1915 and premiered in early 1916 in Montevideo (Uruguay) as a musical march for the troupe of the Uruguayan Student Federation, intended to liven up the carnivals of that city and that year. Premiered by the Orquesta de Típica de Tango by Maestro Roberto Firpo, who added a complementary part to his own inspiration. It is a piece that has been in the Universal Public Domain for more than 34 years.

Ce tango a été composé fin 1915 et créé au début de 1916 à Montevideo (Uruguay) en tant que marche musicale pour la troupe de la Fédération étudiante uruguayenne, destiné à animer les carnavals de cette ville et cette année-là. Créé par l'Orquesta de Típica de Tango par le Maestro Roberto Firpo, qui a ajouté une partie complémentaire à sa propre inspiration. C'est une pièce qui appartient au domaine public universel depuis plus de 34 ans.

Basierend auf der berühmten Version der Orquesta Típica Argentina des argentinischen Maestro Juan D´arienzo. Dieser Tango wurde Ende 1915 komponiert und Anfang 1916 in Montevideo (Uruguay) als musikalischer Marsch für die Truppe des Uruguayischen Studentenverbandes uraufgeführt, um den Karneval dieser Stadt und dieses Jahres zu beleben. Uraufgeführt von der Orquesta de Típica de Tango von Maestro Roberto Firpo, der seiner eigenen Inspiration einen ergänzenden Teil hinzufügte. Es ist ein Stück, das seit mehr als 34 Jahren im Universal Public Domain ist.
