First Rate Edition
I bought this edition to replace my old Max Seiffert edition published by Dover. Although the musical orthography looks a little offputting at first in reality it reads and plays very naturally at the keyboard. Be sure to read the editiorial method at the front as certain conventions, such as the placement of accidentals, could easily throw off the unwary. On the whole a beautiful edition, and the historical notes are terrific.
