Composed by Aleta Clegg. Children,Concert. Score. 4 pages. Aleta Clegg #4980589. Published by Aleta Clegg (A0.850042).

The Bremen Town Musicians is a fun fairy tale about four elderly animals-a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster-who decide to become musicians. On their way to town, they find a house in the woods. But it is the home of robbers! The animals, not knowing any better, decide to sing for them. The noise is so horrible that the robbers are convinced monsters have come to attack them and they run away. The animals move into the house and live out the rest of their lives in comfort. It is my hope that this piece captures the fun of the story, along with the dissonance of the animals 'singing'.
This piece is designed for an early elementary level piano student with minimal hand position changes and a few accidentals. Performance time is approximately 1:30.
