Late-intermediate for Harp. If you like the sound of jazzy harmonies and are up to the challenge of learning lots of lever changes, then this song will be fun for you! Christy-Lyn’s arrangement of “What a Wonderful World” has lush rolled chords that add fullness, ascending and descending arpeggios to make it feel really harp-y, and a lot of dynamic variation which add musicality and expression. Once you can play this song, you’ll feel like an expert!

Difficulty Level and Skills Required: Late-intermediate: This piece has lots of lever changes and some require quick movements. The hands jump around between lower and higher notes, and many of the 4 note chords are unusual shapes which add to the coordination challenge.

Type of Harp: Big and small harps that are 26 strings or bigger. The sheet music has not been optimized for pedal harp.

Range: Lowest note is C an octave below middle C, highest note is G two and a half octaves above middle C.

Levers/Pedals: It is in the key of C major. Includes G, D, B and F lever changes. Pedal harp players would need to mark in their own pedal changes to make it possible to play on pedal harp.
