Counting and scales
There are a lot of good repetitive counting exercises and scale writing exercises in this book.

Very good
This is very good at teaching kids about music theory and presents itself in a fun way. I'm not sure how the words Joy, grace and faith are exclusively Christian terms as the other reviewer puts it. As far as I know, don't all religions talk about joy, grace and faith? Anyway, don't let that deter you from an excellent series aimed at the student level.
