Pure Enjoyment for the Weekend Player!
I absolutely love this book! It's packed with so many recognizable songs from movies, Broadway, and famous artists. The 'easy-medium' difficulty means I can actually play these tunes and make them sound good without constant struggle. It's incredibly enjoyable and relaxing to sit down and play through these favorites on a quiet afternoon. Highly recommended!

Great songs, but book is large and won’t stay open to any page, so it is not practical.
Love the songs and arrangements, but I’m unable to use the book as I haven’t found a way to keep it open while playing.

Best Songs Ever-5th Edition
I am a 76 year old man with a vocal music education degree with minimum piano proficiency. I could always play the melody line, but not the parts. I learned to play the guitar and understand chords. I learned to play chords on the piano from a chart. This method of music notation astounded me. There were no key signatures, just the melody with accidentals and a chord emblem. That was right up my alley. I play for an hour monthly at a nursing home while they are having supper. This method has actually made me a better pianist, because I am now playing more than ever. I average an hour at the piano 4 days a week. I will purchase the 6th edition. I would like to preview the previous 5 editions.

The Best Songs Ever 6th Edition
I love this book! After 20 years I found my way back to the piano, so I am beyond rusty. (I wasn't that great 20 yrs ago LOL) I have made my way through the book, playing,or attempting to play almost every song. There are lots of songs to choose from. Kind of proud of myself and my progress...and it's mostly because I look forward to playing the songs in this book. This was a GREAT purchase!

Beautiful, easy songs.
I love this book. There are so many really good songs, and being a beginner, I love that they sound really good by the second or third try. I would recommend for other beginners. Really nice arrangements.

Great name for this book.
After not playing piano for 30 some years I got the bug to play again. I bought this book. The songs are great and difficulty was easy enough to get playing again. That allowed me to advanced to harder music. But it was perfect to get me started again. Songs were memorable and kept me interested.
