Published by Scott Camp (A0.1112236).This presentation (it's not an arrangement, because nothing has been changed with regard to notes, etc) is the result of my friend Mieke Smit, whose goal was to play this particular movement. She succeeded on her own through virtue of her own experience and efforts. This presentation will enable others to have similar success preparing this music.
