La Partita n. 5 fa parte di una serie di sei partite per strumento solo e basso continuo, pubblicata per la prima volta a Francoforte nel 1716. La parte solista contiene indicazioni pratiche e stilistiche relative ai colpi d'archetto per una migliore esecuzione. Il CD propone una versione con l'accompagnamento ed una versione integrale di ogni brano. Gli accompagnamenti del basso continuo allegati alla raccolta sono stati adattati al pianoforte e al clavicembalo. Potete anche costituire il vostro ensemble strumentale utilizzando le parti separate incluse.
