Program Notes
The first half represents a mysterious deep forest using metallic and bass instruments. The second half was composed by overlaying the image of an echo with the xylophone. Throughout the ensemble, I aimed to create a piece that would help musicians learn the techniques commonly used with various instruments in wind bands, orchestras, and others. I also wanted to capture the essence of what percussionists feel when they first touch their instruments. I used standard instruments and techniques. Four timpani are required, but there are no pitch changes.

Please pay attention to balance throughout the entire piece.
The primary melody should be stronger than the bass line, followed by other accompaniments. Pitch-less instruments should be played slightly soft.

Perc. 1 plays glockenspiel in the first half and snare in the second half. It is recommended that someone with leadership takes this part. Perc. 2 plays the mallet percussion and Perc. 3 plays mainly timpani. Perc. 4 and 5 are additional parts for beginners, and their great performance will add different colors.

Instrumentation
It is also possible to play the optional parts partially.
Options such as "play all 5 parts with 3 or 4 people" or "play with some optional parts added to trio" are also possible. However, make sure to play all the 1st to 3rd parts.
