The Espressione Primer etudes are to educate and encourage students to do just that! They feel proud and eager to practice when they like what they hear from their own playing! No's 1 through 5 are on strings E and A only; 6-10 on D and G; 11-14 add the use of the fourth finger; 15-20 use the low 1 and low 2 fingerings.
