This is the 2nd installment of my 18-part series of music inspired by the angels of Neon Evangelion. This piece is a beautiful piano solo with flowing arpeggios, instilling the listener with a sense of wonder and awe as the pianist tells a story of how it felt to find the first angel. The clashing chords in the middle create a feeling of darkness and evil. A warning only to be buried away with the next flowing and rather jovial melody - arrogance.
