Alfred's Musical Concepts Book 2
I use this book frequently for student who have completed the Alfred's Group Course 1-4 who don't want to go onto All In One 4 because they think they've done Book 4, and as it's written by Martha Mier, the kids just LOVE the pieces! I haven't had a good response to the Premier course.
