By Justin Bieber Feat. Chance The Rapper. By Anthony Jones, Chancelor Bennett, Jon Bellion, Jorgen Odegard, Justin Bieber, Michael Pollack, Steven Franks, and Tommy Brown. Arranged by Alison Gillies. Pop,Praise & Worship,Wedding. 8 pages. Quartetpad.com #702864. Published by quartetpad.com (A0.1099004).Holy by Justin Bieber featuring Chance the Rapper arranged for string trio (with option second violin or viola part) by Alison Gillies.
This is essentially a love song, with elements of gospel and is a modern, popular choice for weddings. It has been suggested that Bieber wrote this song about his wife and the fact that their relationship makes him feel closer to God.
This arrangement for string trio has been transposed into the more string-friendly key of G major and omits most of the rapping section (sorry, Chance The Rapper!) for obvious reasons.
