Are you looking for a toe-tapping closer that both audience members and performers are sure to enjoy? This brass quartet arrangement of the 1970s anthem "Y.M.C.A." may just fit the bill.!

This arrangement has an authentic sound with the highest note being an A above the staff for the trumpets.  You will need strong players on all of the parts since there is a great deal of part independence.  Although a bass trombone is preferable, the 4th part can be performed on a baritone or tenor trombone if need be!

Although a popular selection, this arrangement can be a great tool to teach syncopation, solo vs. ensemble, and modulation. "Y.M.C.A." is appropriate for high school students, weekend warriors, and professional musicians alike.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
