Hummel concerto for trumpet is long long piece of music. It also has notoriously famous long intro to the solo that takes ages. What have the publishers of this joke made? No chapter stops! This CD has only 6 tracks (3 for performance and 3 for practise) based on the...

concerto parts. In practise this means that you end up waiting for ages for your turn to play!!! This must be evil joke!! This product is pretty much u-s-e-l-e-s-s for anyone who wants to practise the concerto. Action for the publisher: Re-author the CD with meaningful chapter stops in the solo part so that practising becomes even remotely possible. Anothe note: the piano track sound quality is muffeled. This kind of sound is not the best what you can achieve today. Plus for Eb and Bb parts.

The tracks were a little slower than I am used to playing. It is great quality and was a lot of fun playing the music on the CD. I wish I had access to these materials when I was first starting out as a young trumpet player.
