Published by Jeffry Lowden (A0.985294).This is a companion SATB voicing to an SSA arrangement of the song already published on SMP of one of my very favorite Christmas songs. When I first heard it, I knew I wanted my high school choir to perform it. After searching in vain for an arrangement, I wrote my own. Don't be fooled by its origin on the television special "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street" - it's not just for the little ones; over the years I've found it to be appealing to people of all ages. Along with the piano accompaniment, I've included electric bass and guitar parts which will complement True Blue Miracle's character, effectiveness and fun. I've always been convinced that it could become a holiday standard.
