Published by Keith Moss (A0.977000).Commissioned by the SAMRO Endowment for the National Arts, the work was written for Horn player, Neil Smit in 2014. The work aims at building more repertoire for solo horn work in the chamber category, as well as pairing it with oboe.
The work can stand as large piece for any program. It's sound scape includes a prepared piano for which the pianist should move to in the second movement while in the same movement the horn is stopped throughout.
