In making this arrangement I am attempting to create a work suitable for the more-advanced or concert player. My intention has been to use the original theme to construct a piece with structure and harmonic depth.
The melody is presented in a number of contrasting harmonisations and also with the theme presented in the bass.
I am excited at the idea of using well-known themes to create a concert repertoire suitable for all environments and which will appeal to guitarists and non-guitarists alike.
