This music can be heard in the film during the end of the film, and features the various themes and leitmotifs composed for the Shire and Hobbits. It is a variation on Frodo's theme, which is a hymn-like variation on the Shire theme. It was composed by Howard Shore for Peter Jackson's film adaptation of the books by J.R.R Tolkien, with lyrics by Fran Walsh.
The arrangement can be played both on lever and pedal harp. The harp arrangement only features the lever changes (not the pedal changes), and is intended for the lever harp player. It leaves out some sections, to make the piece more playable on lever harp. .
