The Entertainer is a ragtime classic and a must have in any musicians repertoire.This carefully reduced arrangement of the first and second theme allows access for intermediate flute, oboe and saxophone players, but still retains the style and musical flow of the original. Difficulty is about grade 4 (ABRSM), requiring a range of two octaves from bottom D (just above middle C).
This arrangement requires any two equal players with the pair of instruments needing to be in the same key and pitch, e.g two flutes, flute and oboe, two alto saxes, two tenor saxes etc.
