Sonata 1756 is dedicated to Blakely J. Chambers, winner of the 2019 Nathan C. Curtis Music Give-Away. It is a classical guitar piece that will certainly stretch the performer rhythmically with polyrhythms and syncopation, as well as improve the left hand technique by exploring all over the fret board, while tremolos and rasgueados build right hand strength.  As the name implies, it is in sonata form and is a lengthier piece of music.

A challenging piece with some interesting modern harmony, Sonata 1756 is an excellent longer piece for your next concert.
