There are literally hundreds of quotations, allusions and imitations of great composers, Mozart, Bach, Stravinsky, Prokofiev to just name a few. Quarantine of the Animals follows a “novel” idea of different animals having all sorts of health issues, which caused very entertaining titles and inspiration for the pieces. Most of the pieces are relatively easy with some more advanced and one duet, perfect for a piano recital.

Одним из результатов моей многолетней дружбы с Анной Вейзе явился мой интерес к ходу строительства нового здания сгоревшего музыкального колледжа в далекой Москве. И как результат у меня возник интерес к написанию юмористического альбома для студентов, который бы и развлек и одновременно поднял образовательный и профессиональный уровень развивающихся пианистов.
Результатом этих двух идей явился Не Детский Альбом, или Карантин Зверей, образец нелегкой легкой музыки, в традициях Чайковского, Прокофьева, Бартока и еще пол сотни других классических композиторов. Надеюсь он всем понравится!
