Everyone (even the tuba) gets a piece of the melody at some point and trumpet 2 spends a fair amount of time in the beginning with a harmon mute. Difficulty level is medium hard-- not too rangy, but there are a number of tempo changes that will warrant a bit of rehearsing before performing.
