A sacred song written for children about the concept of personal revelation. Music by Kevin G. Pace. Text by Mary Ann Snowball below:

Revelation is a way I can learn what’s right.

Revelation starts to work When I kneel each night.

God wants me to speak to Him; He wants that the most,

And I need to know what’s best From the Holy Ghost.

When I want to talk to God, I know I can pray,

Thinking of the things I need, Every single day.

First I thank Him for His gifts-Ones He’s given me.

Then I ask for what I lack, Knowing He will see.

I must listen carefully When I have a thought,

Then I want to write it down Like the prophet taught.

And I can’t forget to act-I will follow through.

Revelation then will come For the things I do.
