It was inspired by a rainstorm in winter. As I listened to the tap, tap, tap of the humble beginnings of rain, then claps of thunder, a downpour, then that wonderful feeling of everything being fresh, clean, and washed anew, it lulled me to sleep so gently. Ah, I love that feeling....so soothing in the night. With it’s major/minor shifts, this work is written in the key of E Minor and it’s relative key G Major. Time signature fluctuates between 4/4 and 6/8 time. It has a Classical Romantic feel and I really hope you enjoy this latest work of mine! Thanks so much for the support!
