This is an arrangement of the Romantic Waltz by the German Composer 'Wilhelm Becker Fridrikhovich' born January 1, 1859 in the city of Roida in Saxony. He graduated from the course in Saxony-Weimar conservatory. Since January 1886 he entered a civilian conductor 1 Ensk Cossack regiment. Since January 1890 has left on their own and enrolled in 159 Infantry Regiment Gurtsky Samara. On September 1, 1896 at his own request he transferred to serve in the 11th Infantry Regiment of the Pskov. On March 1, 1908 at his own request he transferred to the 1st Grenadier Artillery Brigade. On December 15, 1909 entered a civilian conductor in Voronezh 124 Infantry Regiment, Kharkov. Should be well appreciated by the audience.
