Composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. Arranged by Serena O'Meara. Christmas,Classical,Praise & Worship,Sacred,Standards. 8 pages. O'Meara Music #4765323. Published by O'Meara Music (A0.803816).

My Multi-level pieces were initially arranged in an A Version. When that was completed, it was then simplified to form the B Version. The B Version has thinner lines and allows more time for placing the fingers. The purpose is to permit harpists of various playing levels to enjoy performing together.

This arrangement travels from the key of G, through the key of C to the key of F. The melody is equally divided between parts. Dynamics are clearly marked.  You will receive the A Version Harp II part.

art.

Beethoven was influenced by the writings of Johann Christoph Friedrich von Schiller, a German poet, playwright, and historian. His 1785 poem, An die Freude (Ode to Joy), spoke to Beethoven of perfect, eternal spiritual bliss and the unity of nature.
