He wanted something like Jon Schmidt's "Waterfall," so I used some of that piece's elements and thought of a waterfall I could base this piece around. I decided to use the Niagara river and waterfall so the piece could build into a thunderous soundtrack-y experience. You may also detect inspiration from Super Mario, The Man from Snowy River, and of course, Johann Strauss II. .
