    We just started practicing this rendition for our choir to perform sometime this year. The men were a little apprehensive with having to sing in Swahili, but when we followed along with the CD and got into the syncopation, it was so much fun. The traditional words are simple and...

    beautifully attuned to the sweet melody. Alone it would almost be too simplistic; adding the undertones and syncopation enliven this piece and bring joy to the ear as well as the heart.
