Walz (S0.242175).Even though I never met my great-grandfather, Theodore Walz, I know that his favorite hymn was "My Faith Looks Up to Thee." I also know he was a Lutheran minister who planted several churches in the Pittsburgh area and that he served at churches in Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Ohio during most of the first half of the twentieth century. My hymn arrangement is a tribute to The Reverend Walz, whose Christian zeal and dedication influenced future generations he never knew--including me and cousin Joseph Warnke. Grandma says, "That's a sign of a life well-lived and one that will not be forgotten." Who could ask for anything more?
This arrangement is at the intermediate level, Key of Eb, no key changes, approximately 2:20 minutes, and three pages long.
