Composed by Claudio Monteverdi. Arranged by Frank Starobin. Baroque,Concert,Graduation,Renaissance,Sacred. Individual part. 16 pages. Frank Starobin #3483497. Published by Frank Starobin (A0.874057).Monteverdi's Monumental Vespro della Beata Vergine is often considered to be one of the most important works of the Renaissance era with its grand 14 movement structure. Interestingly, this 1610 piece does not specify instrumentation, so ensembles can form their own sound by controlling orchestration. For this reason, I found it fitting to write an arrangement of the Versicle & Response for 9 horns. A great opener for any large horn choir concert.
