I liked how it told the story with photos of the 1984 movie...very good for young singers and compact for pianists; ie, only 1 page turn where other editions have 2. The song I needed was an exact replica of another edition I had....excellent.

I had the original Beginners Level book when I was a child (about age 8) and Mary Poppins was in the movie theaters. I wouldn't recommend this book version to a new beginner unless they are advanced. I still have my original book, but after all these years and...

the book but Feed the Birds I'd say is Early Intermediate which is a good fit. To make it a complicated piece of music would just be gilding the lily.
