From the oratorio "Alexander's Feast". Composed by George Frideric Handel (1685-1759). Arranged by Nick Page. Choral. Janet Galvan Roots & Wings. Concert, General. Octavo. Roger Dean Publishing #15/2856R. Published by Roger Dean Publishing (LO.15-2856R).

Item Number: LO.15-2856R

Commissioned by Emily Ellsworth for her fine children's choir and premiered at the 2011 ACDA National Convention in Chicago, this dance-like music from Handel is a wonderful example of Baroque style music for young singers. Exciting when sung with the piano accompaniment, it is sure to be a real show stopper when the two violins and continuo are employed for performance.
